Terms and conditions – boiler and plumbing care cover

Boiler care cover to include call outs to –

No heating or hot water due to a boiler breakdown

Repairing the boiler controls and components

Annual service and safety check of the boiler and heating system

Exclusions

Damage / breakdown caused by sludge, scale, rust or any other chemical composition of the water

Heating system cover to include

Repairs to water leaks on radiators

Repairs to a water leak from central heating pipes

Repairs to a water leak from radiator valves

Repairs to leaks on hot and cold pipework

Repairs to central heating pumps and control valves

Exclusions

Damage caused by sludge, scale, rust or any other chemical composition of the water

Repairs to the gas meter, governor and the gas pipe leading into your meter

Under floor heating and its associated pumps and controls (unless personalised plan included)

Plumbing cover to include

Isolation of toilet/taps/showers in event of failure

Repairs to leaking pipes or joints

Exclusions

Repairs to a non flushing toilet

Clearance of a blocked sink, toilet or waste pipe

Repairs to washing machine and dishwasher hot and cold water inlet flexible pipes

Replacement of showers or taps

Corrosion or misuse

Showers and shower pumps

Guttering and soil pipe

External stop valve connection to the water mains supply

Electrical appliances connected to or part of the plumbing system

Parts cover to include individual claims up to £500

General exclusions

Appliances that have not been installed, serviced or maintained regularly according to manufacturer’s instructions

Repairs which put the health and safety of our engineers at risk

Any defect, damage or breakdown caused by malicious or willful action, negligence, misuse or third party interference

Indirect costs arising as a result of disconnection from or interruption to the gas, electricity or water mains services

Quietening noisy pipes that are caused by the expansion and contraction of pipes as they heat and cool

Damage caused by leaks/faulty components

Damage caused by investigation/trace/repair of fault/leaks

We aim to attend within 48 hours

Excludes Christmas Day
